As a beginner, comfortable and loose-fitting clothes are most suitable for yoga classes. Enable yourself to feel comfortable so you don’t restrict your body from its range of movement. You don’t need any fancy yoga equipment, mats will be provided in your class. All you need is a willingness to let your thoughts wander and connect with your inner peace.
