Getting to the root cause

Physiotherapy isn’t a quick fix. Nor do our therapists mask issues with a ‘quick-fire solution’.

Instead we work with you to get to the root cause of your problem and provide you with effective treatment to free you from pain.  We also provide achievable, relevant and effective and tailored-made exercises to make sure your recovery continues safely.

Physiotherapy is a critical cog in the wheel of recovery.

Focusing on rehabilitating your musculoskeletal-based motor skills, we analyse your current condition, past health conditions, and current activity levels. We then provide you with a complete diagnosis leading to a detailed treatment plan to support you in regaining full movement range as soon as possible.

Our treatments are pain-free and confidence-building, providing you with the conviction to continue improving your strength and range of movement at home.

Helping you to overcome the pain you’re living with, our team tailor all plans around you-lending an empathetic and experienced ear for all of your questions.

Rehabilitation – working with you and other professionals involved in your rehabilitation, we tailor a treatment plan that includes the appropriate stretches and strengthening techniques to build you back up and get you moving pain-free.

Joint support – if you’re suffering from chronic joint pain, our strategies for mobilising and manipulating joints can help to ease pain by releasing tension in the joint itself.

Soft tissue massage – a massage is not only a great way to relax and release tension, but our soft tissue massages also improve circulation, reduce pain and knots, and speed up tissue repair.

Shockwave therapy – a form of treatment that works on repairing damaged tissues, hence reducing pain and improving circulation.

Pilates – Our Pilates classes Prudhoe are incredibly popular, and with good reason too. Focussing on building and improving an individual’s core strength, posture, and balance, Pilates provides numerous benefits for the body.

Strength and conditioning classes Prudhoe – with the right stretches and exercises for you, you can reduce your stress and anxiety levels while building flexibility, strength, and posture.

Acupuncture – from traditional to medical acupuncture, our experienced team is on hand to help you and use the right techniques and strategies to boost tissue healing.
