What should I wear to Pilates?
Loose-fitting, easy-to-move-in clothing is recommended for pilates classes. However, we try to avoid baggy clothes as they may be uncomfortable for certain positions. Shoes are not worn whilst using the mats. All mats and additional equipment will be provided for you in our studio.
