Janek Pearce

Qualifications/Specialism:

• BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation, St Mary's University, England.
• Master of Physiotherapy Studies, University of Queensland Australia

I specialise in musculoskeletal medicine with a large interest in sporting injuries. I have spent time in Australia as head physio for a Queensland AFL side, and have worked within the medical department at Tottenham Hotspur football club in the UK. In addition to this, my knowledge and experience have been further broadened through working within a Regional rehabilitation unit, helping injured men and women in the Forces to return to frontline duties.

Sports/Interests: Until the age of 17 I was a professional footballer, and following that I played semi-professionally. Football is my main sporting interest and I support Liverpool FC. I enjoy travel hugely and in particular I love spending time in France.
