Qualifications/Specialism:

I have an Undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences and in July 2009 I graduated from St. Mary''s University College, UK, with an ITEC certificate in Holistic Massage. St. Mary''s University College has a formidable reputation for sport, a factor which helped me to develop my ability to locate pain in sport injury cases where treatment may be required on sprains and strains.

I have completed a number of courses including:

• Myofacial Release for Pain Relief
• Advanced Soft Tissue Release
• Lower Back Pain
• Carpal Tunnel, Wrist and Arm Pain.

My background has enabled me to methodically search for treatments that have a goal orientated outcome (i.e., treatments that work!). I am also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.

Sports/Interests: In my spare time, I enjoy doing yoga and ballroom dancing, and running to keep fit. DIY is another favourite pastime.
